The Thermo CellInsight CX5 is a high-content screening platform designed to enhance the imaging versatility and throughput for cell biology or screening labs. As a compact benchtop unit, it offers five multiplexable wavelengths for fluorescence and white-light illumination. This system supports a wide range of microwell plates and can be automated for high-throughput screening workflows. Despite previous use, it powers on and performs basic tests, though calibration is necessary for accurate data. The system does not include a computer or software. It features a Photometrics High-Resolution Fluorescent Camera and is compatible with Thermo Scientific’s HCS Studio 4.0 Cell Analysis Software, which aids in detailed quantitative cell analysis and real-time imaging.

CellInsight CX5 (IC904000) was sourced from a working lab. Unit powers on but we don’t have the software to verify connectivity. Unit will need to be validated/calibrated to ensure accurate results, slight exterior wear present from previous lab use. See photos for details. Objective: Olympus LUCPlanFLN 20x/0.45
