Porcine Pig Serum, Heat Inactivated, US Origin, 1L. RMBIO sources adult porcine serum from USDA audited suppliers in the U.S. Porcine serum is ideal for vaccine production and cell culture applications. RMBIO carefully controls the entire production process within our cGMP-compliant, ISIA traceability certified, and FDA-registered facility. Pig serum is 0.2um sterile filtered and features low hemoglobin levels. Heat inactivating porcine serum helps protect against growth inhibiting immune factors like serum complement that may be present in the serum. RMBIO’s porcine serum is heat inactivated at 56°C for 30 minutes. All lots of porcine serum are sterility, endotoxin, Mycoplasma, and 9CFR tested. Product should be stored at ± -10° C.
