Specificity: This antibody reacts with a 68 kDa protein, identified as light sub-unit of neurofilaments (NF-L). This antibody stains a number of neural, neuroendocrine, and endocrine tumors. In addition, Neuromas, ganglioneuromas, gangliogliomas, and neuroblastomas stain positively for anti-neurofilament.
