n-Tributyl Phosphate is an odorless, colorless liquid. It is used as a plasticizer and extractant for cellulose esters and also finds utility as anti-foaming agent in detergent solutions. N-TRIBUTYL PHOSPHATE is also used in nuclear chemistry in liquid-liquid extraction of plutonium, uranium and thorium.
