Hydrofluoric Acid, 49 Percent, Electronic/Cleanroom Grade is a highly corrosive solution of hydrogen fluoride in water is capable of dissolving a wide range of materials including oxides and glass. Spectrum’s electronic grade chemicals have extremely low metals content and makes them an excellent choice for use in etching solutions for semiconductor chips and other sensitive electronics applications.
