UltraTech Drain guard works to capture all pollutants above the drain, helps to clean and then bio-remediate below the drain. This is dual component product which includes a drain guard that captures pollutants which enter the drain along with a microbe mini-boom that cleans the inner section of catch basin. This drain guard captures oil, grease and dirt pollutants and helps to stop them from entering water system. The mini boom includes a 4 feet tether that is well tied to a grommet located at the bottom of guard. As the boom floats the oil eating microbes are slowly released to destroy all hydrocarbons present.
