• Microconcentric PFA nebulizer
• Ultra-high sensitivity in normal and cool plasma modes for semiconductor applications
• Demountable PFA uptake line with unique zero dead volume connection
• Same washout performance as an integrated uptake line
• 70 cm uptake line; comprised of ~60 cm of flexible uptake line and ~10 cm polyamide probe
• Encapsulated polyimide probe 2.8 mm OD, 10.2 cm long – compatible with Agilent I-AS autosampler only
• Robust – can be backflushed; no cleaning tools needed
• 6 mm OD body with 4 mm gas port
• Free aspirates at 50 µl/min +/-10 µl/min – or can be pumped
• Use with supplied uptake line, or body connects directly to line from ESI FAST systems
• Gas line connection kit included
• This nebulizer supersedes Part #800-1-005-02-00

Note: This nebulizer is designed for use only with standard sample introduction systems (ambient temp or chilled spray chamber). Where a desolvator is used, a nebulizer type “Nebulizer for Desolvators” must be selected.
