2-Aminoethanol, Reagent, ACS, also known as Ethanolamine and MEA is a syrup like liquid that is flammable, colorless as well as being corrosive. It is used in detergents, pharmaceuticals, chemical intermediates and corrosion inhibitors as a feed stock.
