Port Cap System, 20 Liter Nalgene Carboy, 70mm 10-Port Cap, Secondary Container.

Port caps permit multiple waste lines of varying size and type to be connected to the container of your choice. These caps are designed to ensure proper delivery and waste containment of industrial chemicals and solvents. Our closed system reduces harmful emissions which are potentially hazardous to employees and our environment.

Port caps feature 1/4-28 threaded ports in a Polypropylene insert, with expanded PTFE gaskets. Each of the small ports has a through-hole for 1/8″ OD tubing, machined at a 10 degree angle; push tubing through the cap to supply your system. The larger 1/4″ holes can accept a variety of barbed tubing adapters to fit your tubing size.

Carboy port caps feature larger holes in addition to the small 1/4-28 UNF holes.

This Port Cap Kit includes the following components:

20 Liter Nalgene HDPE Carboy EC-20020
Port Cap Model WF-70NAL-10KIT (includes plugs for all 10 holes, but no tubing adapters. Order adapters based on your tubing size.)
Secondary Container SC-30020

Space saving rectangular carboy constructed of HDPE with polyethylene screw closure. Sturdy handle attached to molded in shoulder loops. Molded-in graduations of 1 gallon and 5Ltr. Increments. Wide mouth for easy filling. 399mm H x 218 W x 318mm L
