DMEM-008: DMEM 1X, High Glucose, with L-glutamine, with HEPES, without Sodium Pyruvate, 500 mL. Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium (DMEM) is a modification of Minimum Essential Medium (MEM) that contains a higher concentration of amino acids and vitamins, as well as additional supplementary components, such as D-glucose. DME-BBZ-5XM-008 contains a high concentration of 4500 mg/L D-glucose, 584 mg/L L-glutamine, and 25 mM HEPES. The liquid medium should be stored at 2-8°C and stay away from direct sunlight.
